I highly recommend Earnie’s automotive! I had my check engine light come on multiple times, replaced some sensors but lasted about a month or two and came on again. I took it to another mechanic shop before earnies and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. Earnies diagnosed and fixed the issue and no problems ever since! They check in often to see how vehicle runs! Five stars from me!

Jeremiah was very helpful. I needed to find out what was happening with my vehicle quickly. They were very quick to give me an idea what was happening so I could make arrangements for transportation while my vehicle is in for repairs.

I had a number of things that were wrong with my 2012 Chevrolet Silverado no headlights check engine light no traction light and other alarms I called around no one else would look at my Truck they said it would be 2 months before they could get to me but Ernies they saw me the next day and I had my Truck Fixed and Running Great the next day.

My first experience with Ernies was on a 2018 Equinox with a bad fuel pump that the dealer would not take care of. Tim was an amazing source of information and professionalism. We got the vehicle back right away. The shop is now working on my 2007bDodge Charger because I trust them with the work I cant do on my own. AAA turned me on to Ernies and I'm glad they did.

I came in needing a diagnostic test run on my car that was bogging and shaking with the engine light on while just passing through Bonney Lake. even though they knew I wasn't going to have the work done there, because I live in a completely different town, they check it out for me immediately, just out of genuine concern to make sure I was safe on the road and that it wasn't something that needed to be addressed immediately. They were honest, explained the code reading to me and what I'd need to have done sooner than later, but let me know I'd be ok for short distances for the next few day...

Each system component [of engine diagnosis] was included with photographs and precise measurements. A special brake part (I requested) is back ordered by manufacturer; but so far Ernie’s has exceeded my expectations. I expect the same level of trust and honesty that I have received so far, when I return for further work in the coming weeks.

Ernie’s provided transportation to and from my residence because I had no one to pick me up. I brought my vehicle to Ernie’s for an A/C re-charge which revealed a/c components in my system had major issues. Ernie’s then did a courtesy vehicle inspection, gave me a quote and detailed report, on which components should be replaced. No pressure to buy anything. I would highly recommend Ernie’s and do business in the future.

Great service, I needed my brakes bled because the ABS system needs a computer to activate it for proper bleeding. Not only did they flush my brake system. They did a full inspection of my vehicle and gave me options on 3 item they found, 1 leaky oil pan, 2 front and rear shocks need replacement. 3 antifreeze only good for 10 degrees. They gave me a price to do the work and I have the choice to choose what I want them to or not to do. Not many shops would be so thorough as to give you a free 30 point inspection. The service was professional and friendly. The shop waiting room is so unique. Our Ford Explorer died in the Target parking lot Friday night on the weekend before New Year's. Called a local Ford dealership for help; they said they couldn't get to it for 5 weeks. Called Ernie's and they said they could look at it immediately. Got it towed there after hours and left the keys on the drop box. Ernie's called first thing in the morning with their assessment and hoped to have it to us by Jan. 2 (b/c of the holiday weekend). We were astounded that they called later that day for us to pick it up. Fast, reasonable, great communication ... very happy with Ernie's.

I brought my car in for a very bad engine noise. I didn’t have an appointment but they were very accommodating with letting the tow company drop off my car and letting me know they would get to it in a day or two. They were able to diagnose the use quickly and sent a detailed report of the problem as well as some other potential issues. My axle and wheel broke off in the Walmart parking lot down the road in Bonney Lake; had my car towed here by AAA. I recently moved to the Bonnie Lake area and needed to find a good mechanic. Decided to try out Ernie’s and I am very happy I did! These guys are awesome. They did a great job on my vehicle, everything was taken care of and is working great. I loved the report they sent me listing everything they found issues with which was really easy to read and understand. I will definitely be sticking with them in the future. I highly recommend them!

They did a fantastic job and were very friendly and fast. I was told by a different shop I needed a bunch of things done to fix what was wrong with my car and they were able identify what was really wrong with it and fix it for a lot less, saving me a lot of money. My car works perfectly now. I am extremely satisfied with their work.

Dealer suggested multiple repairs for a vehicle with lower mileage totaling over $4,000. Brought the vehicle to Ernie’s for a second opinion to confirm whether they were necessary. Travis was very straightforward and honest about the process and how they would check everything and even got me in within the hour I called. After 2 hrs they were able to determine the repairs called out by the dealer were not necessary and we came away with a much smaller bill and tightening of a seal. After finding out what the problem was, they gave me a price quote and had my car done the next day. The communication and also the friendliness of the staff were very professional. Our car started overheating, so we checked the coolant and it was low. We get regular tune-ups and oil changes and watch our fluids, so this was somewhat of a surprise.
